We made an appointment and were seen by Vicky, who was brilliant. She spent over an hour with us, whittling down the vast options to three that ticked all our boxes. She was very knowledgeable and patient, explaining everything thoroughly and working hard to get us the best deals. We came away very happy and now have a lovely holiday to look forward to. On arriving at Bluewater we immediately went and added ourselves to the virtual queue. Having had some lunch and a bit of shopping we were called by the store for our appointment with Abbie. We sat down with her and explained our very specific holiday requirement. She was able to arrange everything we wanted. Very friendly and knowledgable, explaining very clearly what we need to do going forward. We would recommend this store and Abbie without hesitation.

booked a holiday from bluewater store, was supposed to be a 5 star hotel. building work being carried out, spa closed , food poising, human feces on bath to restaurant, indoor pool so dirty cant be used, sun loungers disgusting. private event over the week so bar closed and ear plugs given to guest. when i went into the store was not interested and had to stand and insist on speaking to a manager, notes where taken then past on to customers services, offered £130 cash or £220 in vouchers , this is an insult why would you re book and spend more money after this, their just dont care. will be going to small calms court. shame on you taking your customer money then washing your hands in store and customer service.

Had the best experience in TUI Bluewater last week. Was looked after by Sharon, she was really helpful and found us the perfect holiday. Thankyou we will definitely be back to book another holiday!

We booked a last minute cruise with Celebrity Cruises via Tui Bluewater. I met with Karl a couple of weeks ago to discuss what was available to us. He couldn't have been any more helpful, taking time to show me the various options, and even speaking with my partner on the phone to run through itineraries. Once booked, Celebrity Cruises made an error with our accommodation. Karl leapt to our rescue and spent a lot of time on his days off over Christmas ensuring that the issues were rectified. We couldn't have asked for more of him! Karl is a real asset to Tui. He seems to be the most knowledgeable person in store, and bends over backwards to support his clients. We are truly thankful for him!!

Had the experience of dealing with Kathleen. What an absolute pleasure in dealing with someone who was very patient and helpful. She never moaned once when I asked for different flights and days until we found the holiday that suited my needs .I can honestly say she is a great asset to the company. She made me feel at home and spoke to me like someone she knew rather than just a paying customer. I will highly recommend TUI Bluewater and especially Kathleen to my friends and family.

Had a good experience at Bluewater store - the travel advisor Vicky P was really friendly and made us feel so welcome. We chose an amazing hotel and Vicky ensured that we got the best deal for the time we wanted to go away. She also advised of promotions for optional extras and we opted for the premium lounge. We are looking forward to our holiday and will definitely return to bluewater after receiving such good customer service.

This was our first time at this store, and we had an excellent customer experience booking next year’s trip, Carl went above, and beyond, in, making our experience exceptional, from his knowledge of the area and best prices available for the trip that we wanted to book. Including everything we needed for the perfect holiday. We will definitely be back again to book our next trip . 100% highly recommend.
